Project Initiation

Taxera Technologies will work with the client to understand their specific requirements, such as integration points, and identify the necessary resources and stakeholders. A project charter will be created, which includes the project scope, objectives, resources, and constraints.

Planning

Taxera’s project manager will develop a detailed project plan that outlines the project’s scope, timeline, resources, budget, and risks. This plan will take into account the specific integration points, data mapping, and the roles of the tax experts, SAP Finance expert, and integration specialist.

Execution

The project manager will coordinate with the team of tax experts, SAP Finance expert, and integration specialist to start implementing the project. They will ensure that the connectivity and integration between the client’s system, Taxera’s system, and tax authorities are established and that the data flows seamlessly on both sides.

Data Mapping

Taxera’s team will work closely with the client to map the required fields between the client’s system and Taxera’s system, taking into account any unique requirements or data formats. This step ensures that the correct information is exchanged between the systems and tax authorities.

Testing and Quality Assurance

Taxera will perform with the Client rigorous testing of the integration, connectivity, and data mapping to ensure that the entire process is functioning as expected. Any issues or discrepancies will be addressed and resolved before proceeding to the next stage.

Deployment and Go-Live

Once the integration, connectivity, and data mapping have been thoroughly tested, Taxera will deploy the solution to the client’s production environment. The project manager will coordinate a smooth go-live process, ensuring that the client’s team is well-prepared to manage the new system.

Monitoring and Support

After the project goes live, Taxera will provide ongoing monitoring and support to ensure that the system continues to function effectively and address any issues that may arise. This includes periodic updates to maintain compatibility with tax authority requirements, as well as addressing any changes in the client’s system or business processes.

Project Closure

Finally, the Team will conduct a project review to evaluate the success of the project, identify any lessons learned, and gather feedback from stakeholders. This information will be used to improve Taxera’s project management approach for future projects.
