e-Invoicing
e-Invoicing that every country accepts, straight from your ERP. In every country.
More and more tax authorities want invoices as structured data, sent through their own systems. Taxera creates, checks, sends and receives them directly from your live ERP data, so your team stops chasing portals and spreadsheets.
e-Invoicing requirements by country
Every country does e-Invoicing a little differently. Pick yours to see who has to issue, the key dates and how the process works.

What is e-Invoicing, in plain words?
An e-invoice is an invoice sent as structured data, not as a PDF or a paper copy. Software on both sides can read it without anyone typing it in again. In many countries the tax authority sees it too, and in some it has to approve it first.
Each country decides its own format, channel, deadlines and exceptions, and the rules keep changing. For a company active in several countries, that quickly becomes a patchwork of portals, connectors and manual workarounds.
Four ways countries do it
Clearance
The invoice goes to the tax authority first. It is checked and approved, and only then does it count as valid. Examples: Italy, Poland, Greece, Romania.
Real-time reporting
The invoice is issued as usual, and the data is reported to the authority at the same time or very soon after. Example: Hungary.
Network exchange
Invoices travel between the two businesses over a standard network such as Peppol, using agreed formats. Example: Belgium.
Post-audit
Businesses exchange structured invoices directly. The authority does not approve them but can check them later. Example: Germany.
How Taxera does it
From your ERP to your customer and the tax authority, in four steps you do not have to run by hand.
Connect to your ERP
Taxera sits inside your ERP landscape (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and others). No file exports, no manual uploads.
Create the invoice in the right format
Each invoice is built in the structure its country requires and checked against the official rules before it leaves.
Send it the right way
The invoice goes through the channel the country uses, such as the tax authority platform or a network, and you see its status.
Receive and keep
Incoming e-invoices come back into your ERP, and everything is archived with a full audit trail.
What changes for your team
No spreadsheets in the middle
Invoice data goes from your ERP to the customer and the tax authority without anyone re-keying or patching numbers.
One integration for everything
e-Invoicing uses the same data as your SAF-T files and VAT returns, so the numbers agree across all of them.
Reconciled by design
Invoices are matched to your source transactions and filed returns, which is exactly what authorities now do on their side.
Format changes are our problem
When a country changes its format, deadline or portal, we track it and update the platform. You do not have to rebuild anything.
