Denmark has enacted the Digital Bookkeeping Act (Bogforingsloven) requiring all businesses to use digital bookkeeping systems registered with the Danish Business Authority. VAT returns must be filed digitally through Skattestyrelsen's TastSelv Erhverv platform.
